Most tactical fitness programs emphasize volume and intensity without sufficient attention to stress physiology and recovery, often perpetuating injury and burnout. TACFIT combines time-efficient protocols with coaching psychology, heart rate biofeedback, breathing techniques, and incremental progression strategies—enabling users to train “as hard as technique allows” while protecting from stress breakdowns and fostering resilience and toughness.
TACFIT incorporates 26 distinct workouts, utilising six metabolic protocols and four performance levels from beginner to advanced. Exercises use various tools like Clubbells®, Kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements, adaptable based on equipment availability.
